Perpetual Calendar Card Keeper - G45 Fashion Forward - Detail Photos & Tutorial Video

Welcome to the Perpetual Calendar Card Keeper detail post with lots of photos and a tutorial video!

My, that turned out to be a long welcome sentence....

Being as this project is pretty simple as all the pages are exactly the same except for the beautiful paper for each page spread, the only purpose to showing you all of the pages in the 'Keeper' is to once again showcase the beautiful G45 paper.

Each photo is pretty self explanatory, and I don't even have to tell what month the page is for!

Here we go.

Below you will see a couple of pages where the tag is pulled out, and where the envelope flap is open ready to receive the cards with accompanying envelopes. These envelopes are 8 3/4"W x 5 3/4 "H, so A7 and A2 cards with their envelopes will fit in them.

If you need more writing space on these tags, just add some cream or white cardstock on the back of the tag to continue your list.

So, here is the video tutorial to go with your instructions.

I hope you got a few laughs at my mistakes when rambling. Most of all I hope that you enjoy making this project.

Happy Album Making!

Perpetual Calendar Card Keeper - G45 Fashion Forward

Hello Everyone! Welcome!

Posting another kit for Scrapbook Parade. This is not a card kit, however. But the project is basic and easy to put together. It will make a great Christmas gift too! There are written instructions as well as a "How To" cut and assemble video.

Here are just a couple of photos of the outside of the album. It is very basic leaving it up to you to embellish how you wish.

Here is the 'keeper' fanned open.

I just love the beautiful colours and patterns of this paper. I will post photos of all the pages in the post that has the video tutorial for those that will be making this kit.

If you are interested in purchasing this kit, please let Carol know at Scrapbook Parade. She has shipped some of the kits I have designed from Victoria, BC to PEI, the States, and to France!

This is the Facebook blurb for the project kit.

Fashion Forward Perpetual Calendar Card Keeper designed by Sabrina.

If you created her G45 Fashion Forward card kits this keeper is a great compliment for them. Load up with cards for the year and be ready for any occasion.

She left the cover blank so you can decorate it yourself and will get cut-a-parts etc to do that. Everything is included to create this beautiful album that measure 9" wide by 6" tall. She's also created a "how to" YouTube video to help you with the construction.

Kit Cost $45.00

Thanks for looking!

I look forward to seeing or hearing how your 'Keeper' turned out.

Happy Album Making!

Perpetual Calendar Tag Mini-Album

I have a fun project to share with you today. I've always had a fascination with different ways to make perpetual calendars, and today I'm sharing with you one that also serves as a mini-album.

You can see that I used Graphic 45's "Sweet Sentiments" collection in the making of this projects. After teaching classes using this beautiful Spring colored paper, I had a ton of scraps and lots of leftover fussy cut pieces that I didn't use. I still had to cut more however. I also used pretty much the whole package of Chipboard pieces and a whole package of Tags & Envelopes.

Let me show you the rest.

Are you wondering about the Perpetual Calendar part? I'll show you July's. Every tag front has a slot with a perpetual calendar and a tab, that slides out. It can't come all the way out as it is designed to pull out only so far, and is pushed back in when not needed. I designed the calendars with the number of days for each month, with February having 29 for those leap years.

You may get a better feel for the idea after viewing the video walk-through of this project. Enjoy!

Come back again in a few days, ok. I will have a second part to this project to show you. It will be a wall mounted plaque to hang this album from. Intrigued? I can hardly wait to finish it and show it to you!

Thank you for stopping by to have a look. I love reading your comments, so feel free to say whatever you want!  Happy papercrafting everyone!

THE INSTRUCTIONS WILL ASLO BE AVAILABLE AT PAPER ARCHITECTURE WITH SABRINA AS SOON AS I HAVE YOUTUBE COOPERATING AGAIN. Still working on it.
