I finally fixed it up. I like it much better now...
There was a little paper damage from taking the panel off but you can't tell in the photo. ;) I also curled the outer flower petals a bit.
The only change in supplies is that there is no longer Harvest Gold ribbon or any dies used and the sentiment is now from the Asian Fusion stamp set.

Not that your 1st card was bad, but your Redo is FABULOUS, maybe more balanced? Love how you used the colors, so pretty.
