This wedding already happened!
Better late than never, I guess. ;)
I made the ribbon strip for a different card that didn't work out. I couldn't even think of throwing out all that product and effort so I turned it into a wedding card. It was done by running a strip of Scor-tape down the center of a white strip of cardstock and then "ruffling" the ribbon down it. The other 2 strip were pleated and sewn, then adhered with Scor-tape.
A white shimmer card base, silver foil mat and shimmery lavender card front impressed with Giga Guidelines added the formal requirement. The sentiment helped, too: Labels 14 clear heat embossed with a stamp from Gina K Designs.
