{Supplies--all Papertrey Ink unless noted}

• Cardstock: Chocolate, Stampers Select (white)
• Stamps:Baby button bits, and Daily Design Sentiments
  
• Ink: Memento Brown, and Black
  
• Other Tools: Martha Stewart's Eyelet border punch, and Spellbinders scalloped squares. Also cut out the tag using my Cricut, and I adhered the ribbon using two staples one on either side :)
