A bit of sad news. This will be the last challenge for a
while. Yes, it's very sad, but there are circumstances that mean it
isn't possible to keep this challenge going for a little while.
Hopefully it'll be a short break, but we're not sure yet. We would like
to thank you all for supporting the challenge and sharing your talents
with us, and we hope you'll do so again with this challenge.
Now, on to the challenge.
Fast approaches the time of year for me, filled with birthdays. For this Colour Create Challenge created by Edna, I decided to make a masculine birthday card for one of my son-in-laws. Edna chose the colours of brown, green, and a hint of purple with the additional optional challenge of using a metal embellishment.
The May prize is provided by Wenche and the online KORTHOBBY store.
For this card I used Flourishes "Trees of the Forest" stamps stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa and coloured with Prisma Colored Pencils. The metal embellishment is a dollar store find. I just love those tiny little Tim Holtz Idea-ology paper clips, used here to attach the birthday sentiment.
Pop on by the Colour Create Challenge to see what the other DTs have submitted, and leave a little love for them on their blogs.
Thank you for stoping by. Wishing you continued happiness in your creations.
