I don't think this is CAS enough to enter the current CAS-ual Fridays: For Sentimental Reasons challenge but it's still a fairly simple card.
The yellow doily overlay was adhered to a Smokey Shadow card base using careful bits of glue. I trimmed the sides and put extra glue at the corners. It was at this point that I determined it didn't suit my needs for the CR84FN challenge (mentioned above) and it got tossed aside.
For the PDC challenge, I added the rhinestone flourish and ribbon tag. The yellow was still a bit garish and so I inked the portions of the overlay to give the rhinestone flourish an illuminated sort of effect.

- Cardstock: Smokey Shadow, Soft Stone

- Stamps: Modern Wood Mats
- Ribbon: Smokey Shadow grosgrain
- Ink: Smokey Shadow
- Dies: Ribbon Tags Trio (Spellbinders)
- Other Tools: Corner Chomper (We R Memory Keepers), iRock/individual rhinestones (Imaginisce), rhinestone flourish (dollar store)
