I am also submitting this in the Simon Says Stamp anything goes challenge. :)
The misted panel is actually a failed piece from this card. I inked the edges and popped it up over a New Leaf card base.
The sentiment was stamped in Dusty Concord distress ink and colored with YG17 Grass Green Copic marker. The flower petals were covered with Glossy Accents and a pearl affixed in the center. I traced over the letters with a Clear Star gel pen.
The bow was created using my Bow Easy and a pearl brad wrapped around the center.
