I just love these Webster Floral papers! When I first saw them I purchased a few of each. So, in this card I carefully studied the flower image to decide how many layers to create and thereby how many sheets I had to cut up to create each layer.
In this shot you can see the three layers, how I cut them, and how I layered and popped them up.
The birthday sentiment is heat embossed with gold and cut with Spellbinders Fancy Tags 2 - and of course popped up.
