CAS-ual Fridays: Long Card (2)

Here is the other idea I woke up with this morning. It wasn't as finely-tuned so some of this was invented as I went along. I'm okay with how it turned out. (Normally, I would try to space out my card posts but I'm wary of some deadlines...)


Again, I used CAS-ual Fridays' long card challenge. It's a somewhat masculine sympathy card, awaiting a particular recipient. I really like how the grommets I applied at the end added to this card.

It's difficult to tell from the photo, but the medallions were inked with orange and then burnt orange around the edges. The blue was stamped afterwards, right over the orange.

I can't stop staring at this! You stamped those colored medallions in the perfect way Dana. I love the gradient feel of the color changes, and yes, those grommets rock! The perfect card for the CAS-ual Friday challenge!
